Care Guide
Biothane:
Biothane is very easy to clean! For quick cleaning just rinse under water and wash with gentle soap to get rid of any sand, dirt, or marks.
For messier gear soak in soapy water. Use a soft brush to get tough marks off!
While Biothane is easy to clean, it does still get dirty. Keep in mind that lighter colors will get dirtier and will require more frequent cleaning to keep looking fresh!
Hardware:
Please note that Rose Gold, Antique Brass, and Matte Black are plated, the color may wear off over time with extreme wear and tear. Our Stainless Steel and Solid Brass are a much more durable option.
If the brass hardware tarnishes over time, use a brass metal polish or homemade remedy to bring your hardware back to its former shiny self!
Our metal hardware naturally leaves tarnish marks but can still be removed. Prevent staining by cleaning gear regularly.
Our gear is crafted with Chicago Screws which are the strongest the market offers but do need to be checked on occasion after tough adventures! These screws are glued down with Thread Locker (hardware super glue) but can potentially untwist over time. If you notice that a screw is coming loose, just tighten it up and you're ready for your next journey!
